A: Every time you dry clothes, lint is trapped in your piping system. Your lint trap is designed to catch 50% of the lint, leaving 50% to be routed out of the venting system. Unfortunately, all of that does not make it outside, building up in your pipe, causing blockages, inefficient drying, and putting you at a huge risk of a devastating dryer vent fire. Mix in birds that chose to nest in your piping and small rodents that decide that cozy lint makes a nice home, and it becomes clear why an annual cleaning is a must!
A: Cleaning and vac the entire piping system with a rotary brush breaking up and sucking out all the lint and anything else in your system. Cleaning the exterior vent and verifying that it is operating properly, Cleaning the inside of the dryer itself, inspecting all piping and joints. Hook up the dryer, run it and test for proper flow and a general clean-up of the area.
A: Typically, service takes 1 hour, depending on the fullness of the vent and the layout of the venting itself.
A: While you are not required to be home during service, it is usually a good idea as we will need access to the dryer and vent.

A: All of your supply ducts, all return air ducts, main trunks, branches, and the furnace itself will be cleaned as well as the blower wheel. Sanitation is available for an extra charge. But the price we quote is the price you pay. We have no surprise "fees" like the other guys!!
A: Each home is different, but typically a home will take between 3 and 5 hours depending on size.
A: Yes, we will need access to all supply and return vents. If you have large items that you are unable to move before service, we are able to move them.
A: While you are not required to be home during service, it is usually a good idea to be home the first 30 minutes to go over specific questions or directions, as well as to go over the service itself.

A: Our pricing is based on finished square footage. Prices start at 349.95 + tax. If you have your finished square footage handy when you request a quote, we can get you a very accurate price.
